Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and Stocksaurus is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stocksaurus® website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SoftLOGiX, Inc. ("SoftLOGiX", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, or by creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and Security

Certain features require you to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Some parts of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processors (such as PayPal) to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are stated at the point of purchase and may change on renewal with prior notice. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time through your account or via our Cancellation page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The signals, forecasts, indicators, analyses, and other content provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. You should consult a licensed financial, legal, or tax professional before making any investment decision.

6. Acceptable Use

Stocksaurus® is a registered trademark of SoftLOGiX, Inc. All content, software, models, logos, and materials made available through the Service are owned by SoftLOGiX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services and Data

The Service may rely on or link to third-party data sources and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of any third-party service, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any data or signals. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLOGiX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoftLOGiX from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoftLOGiX, Inc. is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
